John L. Harmer (born 28 Aprile 1934) is an American poleetician. Harmer servit in the California State Senate frae 1966 tae 1974. He wis a member o the Republican Pairty. He servit as the 40th Lieutenant Govrenor o Californie frae 1974 tae 1975. He wis gien the job bi Govrenor Ronald Reagan, who wis leavin office at the time.
